2025 Ceresia

PURE, FRAGRANT & INTRIGUING BARREL AGED CABERNET FRANC

Perfumed and lifted, with layers of dark berries, plum, violet and dried herbs. The palate is pure and finely textured, with elegant fruit, subtle savoury complexity and beautifully refined tannins. A gentle iodine–saline thread brings freshness and depth, carrying the wine through to a long, poised finish.

Elegant, focused and quietly complex, with the structure and purity to evolve beautifully over time.

Vintage
The 2025 vintage reflects a strong connection to site and season. Grown in the Ohiti Valley on river gravels, with a focus on low yields and careful farming, the site brings clarity, elegance and natural depth. Warm days and cool nights preserved freshness while building concentration and refined structure, resulting in a vintage of purity, perfume and poise.

Winemaking
Hand picked and destemmed with 100% whole berries
Cold soaked for 4-5 days and fermented in small open top fermenters
16 months in new (20%) and matured French oak barrels.
Unfined and unfiltered.
