Elegant and restrained. Rose petals intertwined with citrus and saline notes.  Beautiful texture to the palate, soft and creamy, savoury notes juicy, salivating and refreshing, finishing dry.

2023 was a challenging vintage for Hawke’s Bay, but a silver lining when it comes to rosé. Rosé is an early pick so the naturally high acid levels and restrained grape maturity levels make for an elegant and refreshing rosé.

Selective harvesting direct to press. Fermented dry in a sandstone jarre and aged on lees for 5 months. Unfined and light filtration.
